Then & Now

Keen to take full advantage of the sunshine yesterday, I ventured out into the garden. 


I’d every intention of doing a tidy up of the borders as it seemed for the first time in days the garden had thawed. 

My feet had other ideas. Even in thick socks and welly boots, my toes had their own frost issues to deal with. And so the outing was brief. Just a quick water with added food, while I pondered whether I should in fact be feeding at this time of year. 

A quick photo shoot with my phone and my wellies were tucked back in the garden room, and my frozzled feet defrosting in front of the fire.
